Where is T&S Solutions located?
Most of our course offerings are in the Columbia, Missouri area. We will travel if there are students to be taught and a location for us to teach a class! Contact us for more information.
Do you offer refunds?
There are no refunds on T&S Solutions classes however, you may transfer your registration fee to another student. If the class is canceled at our behest, students will receive a full refund. There are also no refunds in cases of accidental registration. If you register for the wrong class, your payment will be held and can be used towards a future class. If you are unable to attend a class, you are allowed to reschedule once. Failure to attend the second class date will result in the forfeiture of any registration fees paid. You have 12 months from your original class date to reschedule and attend your new class. If you do not reschedule your class within 12 months, all registration fees will be forfeited.
When are classes ever cancelled?
Never. Just kidding. We will cancel or reschedule classes if range conditions are unsafe (Lightning, STRONG winds, etc.) or if the location of the class is held is closed. We will not cancel due to rain, sleet, snow, or extreme heat. Bad guys will not wait until it’s 72 and sunny. Prepare accordingly.
Why are certain holsters not allowed in class?
Leather, Nylon, and Serpa holsters are a No Go because they are a safety hazard. It is our job not only to teach but protect you as well as other students. You owe it to yourself to use a quality holster (Kydex, Boltaron, etc.).
